Agridon Technologies Sdn Bhd, popularly known, as ‘Agridon’ is a growing engineering company engaged in DESIGN, MANUFACTURE and IMPLEMENTATION of food and agro-chemical processing machinery on turn-key basis. Our expertise and design were recommended for IChemE Malaysia 2017 in Sustainability Award. We specialise in scaling up client’s bio-innovation (especially food and biotech-based) into a commercially viable process plant, this includes risk management, resource efficiency, energy efficiency, and cost effectiveness for innovative process design that is HACCP, GMP, and/or Halal compliant. We also provide advisory services for grant applications in Malaysia to complement product and technology commercialisation.
To assist in the commercialisation and the scale-up your bio-innovation, our engineering skills in powder and liquid processing include drying, granulation, agglomeration, coating, evaporation, distillation, crystallisation, filtration, extraction, mixing, cleaning (CIP) and fermentation. Our equipment specialisation is in custom design of spray dryer, evaporator, reactor technology and process intensification. Through years of accumulated knowledge and client feedback, process intensification is a result of the organic growth experienced by the company when faced with varying customer demands. Process intensification consultancy is a service that is only relatively recently made available to industry at Agridon.

Research and Development (R&D)
In R&D, Agridon has a history of working closely with international research institutions in Europe, i.e. Newcastle University and Warwick University in UK, Kassel University in Germany, and Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium. The focus of research is mainly on process technology, intensification and optimisation.
